Read below for instructions on how to set up your account and place your order today!
Step 1: Create your Brandwise Passport Account
• Click on this link.(PC users, use Google Chrome as your web browser.)
• Click on “Don’t have a Brandwise Passport”.
• Enter your email address, name and phone number and click “Confirm email”.
• You will receive a confirmation email. Open it and click on “Confirm email”.
• Create your password.
• You have now successfully created your Brandwise Passport Account!
Step 2: Register to Shop with Spartina
• Log into your Passport Account and click on “Retailer” at the bottom of the page.
• Enter your store name and country, then click “Search”.
• Enter your address, then click “Search".
• You will receive a message that says “We couldn’t find your business”.
• Enter all the missing contact information, and click “Create Retailer”.
• Choose “Use as shipping address” or “Add shipping address later”.
• Click “Back to Shop”.
• Click “Send Request”.
• We at Spartina will then approve you to shop.
Step 3: Place Your Order
• After you have created an account, click on this link.
• Enter your email and password. Select “Remember me” to save your information.
• Click “Log in”.
• Here you can see your order history and place new orders.
• To shop, click “Shop” in the upper right hand corner of the screen.
• Hover over the catalog that you would like to shop. You will see 2 options:
1. By clicking “Catalog”, you can flip through the catalog. To add product to your cart, simply click on the item and choose the quantity you would like to add.
2. By clicking “Product Gallery”, you will see a full list of all items in that catalog.
• You can also manually add items by clicking on “Quick Entry” on the upper right hand corner of the home page.
• To complete your order, click on “Check out”, then “Submit”. On the checkout screen you can add a P.O. number and notes.
