Spartina 449 will be hosting its 10th Annual Warehouse Sale on July 7-10th at the Hilton Head High School. Tickets are almost sold out, but we will be offering General Admission on Saturday, July 9th from 3-7PM and Sunday, July 10th from 10AM-4PM. .

Don't Forget Your Tickets!
Print out your ticket and bring it with you, or have it ready to show with the QR Code on your phone. You'll need it to check in with a staff member, along with the first and last name, and email address that was used to book the ticket(s).
Note: This event will take place rain or shine!
Don’t hesitate, get tickets for the time slot of your choice as fast as you can! Tickets for the Warehouse Sale will go on sale on Wednesday, June 8 at 12pm noon EST. Tickets will cost a $5 charitable contribution and grant you an entry time slot of your choice, as they are available, throughout the sale.
If you are not already, sign up for our email list and be the first to receive the announcement when tickets go on sale. There will also be a link posted on this page when ticket sales start.
Please plan to arrive 30 minutes ahead of your ticket time. Please do not arrive early we will only be able to take you 30 minutes before your allotted time slot. If you arrive more than fifteen minutes after your time slot begins, you may not be allowed to enter. Once parked, please head to the line that indicates your designated check-in time. Signage will indicate where to stand. We ask that you line up single file for social distancing purposes. After checking in, you will receive a unique numbered ticket in your time group. Proceed with this ticket to the staging area in the Cafeteria where you will wait until your designated time to proceed into the Gym shopping area.
Note: We will do our best to move each ticketed time group inside as quickly as possible, but please be prepared to wait outdoors as needed. July temperatures are typically very hot, so dress accordingly. In case of rain, please bring your own umbrella. For Saturday ticket holders, also note that visitor traffic to and from Hilton Head gets very heavy from 10am - Noon leaving the island, and from 2pm - 6pm arriving onto the island. If you are holding a ticket time during those hours, please plan accordingly for traffic delays of up to one hour.

Where is the 10th Annual Spartina 449 Warehouse Sale?
The Warehouse Sale will be held at Hilton Head Island High School at 70 Wilborn Road, Hilton Head Island, SC 29926.
What types of tickets will be available?
1. GOLDEN TICKET (35 tickets) Priced at $50: This ticket grants you exclusive access to the WHS for all four days- Thursday through Sunday! When you arrive to the sale on Thursday, you will go to the Customer Service Tent to receive a Spartina Gift Bag and a customized lanyard that grants you early access to the sale each of the four days and new this year- a 30 minute shopping head start in the morning before we open to the public for each day!
2. EARLY ACCESS TICKET (500 tickets) Priced at $10: New ticket level this year! This ticket allows you to shop on Thursday evening with Spartina friends and family on the night before the sale opens to the public! Be a Spartina VIP for a night!
3. GENERAL ADMISSION TICKET (all of Fri and Sat) Priced at $5: This ticket allows you access to the sale at the designated ticket time on either Friday or Saturday.
Can I get a refund for my ticket purchase?
No. All ticket sales are final and non-refundable. Proceeds will be donated to charity.
Will I have to stand in line?
You'll need check in with a staff member, giving them your first and last name and email address. Then you’ll be asked to line up outside. Please be prepared; you may have to wait for a period outdoors. Signage will indicate where to stand. We ask that you line up single file for social distancing purposes.
Do I have to be on time?
Yes, we are following a strict CDC capacity guidelines. If you arrive more than fifteen minutes after your time slot starts you may not be allowed to enter.
Do I have to bring my online, digital ticket to the sale?
You must either bring a print of your online ticket confirmation or you may show your e-ticket confirmation on your cell phone or tablet. Also, please bring a photo ID. If you bought tickets for friends or family, please make sure they know the tickets are under the person who bought them and bring a form of ID.
Can I bring my children or pets? What is the cost for children?
To ensure no delays with your entrance to the sale, we encourage you to purchase tickets for children that will be attending the sale due to our strict capacity limits. If children cause a distraction or a problem for other shoppers, at the observation of event organizers, you will be asked to escort them out of the sale area. Do not bring any pets to the sale, it is a high-capacity event and unsafe to bring them with you.
Will there be indoor seating? Will there be outdoor seating?
We will make every effort to accommodate as many people as possible for indoor seating in the waiting area. However, this indoor seating will only be offered as available, to be determined by event organizers. If we cannot accommodate you indoors, you must wait outside. Outside, there will be very limited shade and only a few chairs available. Please be prepared for summer weather and dress appropriately (cool comfortable clothing and shoes, sun protection and water are recommended).
Will there be bathrooms on site?
There will be one restroom available before hand, and multiple bathrooms available by the indoor cafeteria.
Will there be refreshments?
There is no open containers of food or beverage of any kind are allowed in the gym while shopping. Please plan accordingly.
Will merchandise be replenished? Are there maximums?
Merchandise will be replenished at various times throughout Friday, Saturday and Sunday while supplies last. For 2022, maximums will be imposed on a variety of pieces. A maximum of 10 pieces of each category will be imposed per customer, but that number may change closer to the date, at event organizer's discretion.
Are you able to return product purchased at the Warehouse Sale?
All items purchased at the Warehouse Sale are final sale item, no exceptions.
