Welcome to the Spartina 449 Warehouse Sale Frequently Asked Questions. Here you will find useful answers and information regarding the upcoming 14th Annual Warehouse Sale. The 14th Annual Warehouse Sale will be held at Bluffton High School located at 12 H.E. McCracken Circle, Bluffton, SC 29910.

Thursday, July 9th: 3:00 PM – 6:30 PM

Friday, July 10th: 9:00 AM – 5:30 PM

Saturday, July 11th: 9:00 AM – 5:30 PM

1. Golden Ticket – Priced at $55 – Very limited quantity! Typically sells out in less than 5 minutes!

Maximum of 3 tickets per order.

This ticket is designed for the ultimate Spartina Warehouse Sale shopper! It grants you all-access entry to the sale on ALL sale days – Friday, July 10th, Saturday, July 11th, Sunday, July 12th, plus admission to our private Friends & Family shopping event on the evening of Thursday, July 9th.

Perfect for customers planning to attend the sale multiple times throughout the weekend, the Golden Ticket allows you to revisit newly replenished merchandise and experience the excitement of the event each day.

Each Golden Ticket holder will receive a customized event lanyard to be used for event entry and re-entry throughout the weekend. Golden Ticket holders will also enjoy exclusive perks including expedited checkout, a special Spartina gift bag, and a 30-minute shopping head start each morning before the sale opens to the public each day of the sale.

2. Early Bird Ticket – Priced at $20 – High demand! Most likely to sell out quickly once ticket sales open!

This ticket is available for purchase during designated morning ticket times on Friday, July 10th and Saturday, July 11th. This ticket provides the ultimate Warehouse Sale experience with a fun and fast-paced environment, the buzz of a big crowd, and the excitement of being one of the first shoppers through the doors. Grab your coffee and shop till you drop!

3. Brunch Club Ticket – Priced at $10 – New ticket tier for 2026! The perfect in-between shopping experience!

Maximum of 6 tickets per order.

This ticket is available for purchase during designated late morning and midday ticket times on Friday, July 10th and Saturday, July 11th. This ticket offers the perfect balance of excitement and flexibility — all the fun of the Warehouse Sale with a slightly more relaxed shopping atmosphere. Grab brunch with friends and head over to discover amazing Spartina treasures!

4. Happy Hour Ticket – Priced at $5 – Our best value ticket!

Maximum of 10 tickets per order.

This ticket is available for purchase during the designated afternoon ticket times on Friday, July 10th and Saturday, July 11th. This ticket provides the opportunity to attend the sale with larger groups of friends and family at a lower cost and offers a more relaxed afternoon shopping experience while still allowing you to discover amazing Spartina treasures. Hit the beach in the morning and swim right over to the sale in the afternoon!

All tickets except Golden Tickets are sold by specific entry dates and times through Eventbrite. The date and time selected during purchase is the date and time your ticket is valid for entry into the sale. For example, if you purchase a ticket for Friday, July 10th at 9:00 AM, your ticket is valid for entry on Friday, July 10th at 9:00 AM.

We are using Eventbrite to manage all ticketing for the event. When ticket sales go live on Friday, June 5th at 12:00 PM EST, head to our website and click “Buy Tickets!” to be directed to the official Eventbrite event page to complete your ticket purchase. The link to purchase tickets will remain live on our website until all tickets sell out. We highly recommend creating an Eventbrite account in advance to help speed up the checkout process once ticket sales open.

Do not wait! Preferred ticket types and entry time slots often sell out within minutes. We strongly encourage customers to mark their calendars, set an alarm, create an Eventbrite account ahead of time, and be ready to purchase as soon as ticket sales go live.

Golden Tickets: Maximum of 3 tickets per order.

Early Bird Tickets: Maximum of 4 tickets per order.

Brunch Club Tickets: Maximum of 6 tickets per order.

Happy Hour Tickets: Maximum of 10 tickets per order.

If your group requires additional tickets beyond these limits, multiple orders will need to be placed.

Yes! Customers will be required to enter the attendee’s name for each individual ticket during the Eventbrite checkout process. For example, if purchasing two Golden Tickets, both attendee names must be entered. If purchasing five Happy Hour Tickets for a group, the names of all five attendees will also be required.

Attendee names are especially important for Golden Ticket holders, as these names will be used to prepare customized event credentials and lanyards prior to the event.

No. The designated ticket entry date and time slot selected during purchase cannot be changed after purchase.

No. All ticket sales are final and non-refundable, as all proceeds are donated to charity.

All attendees must present a valid Eventbrite ticket to enter the sale. Tickets may be scanned directly from a mobile device or presented as a printed copy. After purchasing tickets through Eventbrite, tickets can be accessed through your Eventbrite account or within your Eventbrite confirmation email.

Please have your tickets pulled up and ready to be scanned prior to reaching the check-in line to help keep entry moving quickly.

Please plan to arrive about 15 to 30 minutes prior to the designated entry time slot listed on your ticket. This allows time for parking, walking to the venue, and lining up with your designated ticket entry group. If you arrive more than 10 minutes after your designated ticket entry time, you will be required to wait and enter with the next designated ticket entry group.

When you arrive, you will be queued in line outside of the event based on your designated ticket entry time. Approximately 15 minutes prior to your scheduled entry time, doors will open for ticket scanning and guests will begin queueing inside the building while waiting for the sale floor to open to their designated ticket group.

Please note that the time listed on your ticket is the time you will enter the actual sale floor — not the time you will enter the building.

This process helps us maintain an organized and efficient entry experience, as the venue cannot accommodate multiple ticket entry groups queued inside at the same time.

If you arrive more than 10 minutes after your designated ticket entry time, you will enter with the next available ticket group. Please note that tickets are not valid for entry prior to the designated date and time listed on the ticket.

There is no shopping time limit once you enter the sale. Shop till you drop!

No. Re-entry is not permitted for Early Bird, Brunch Club, or Happy Hour ticket holders, once you check-out and exit the sale. Golden Ticket holders may re-enter the sale throughout the weekend using their customized event credential lanyards.

Please note that special event promotions or return shopping opportunities may occasionally be offered at the discretion of event organizers.

We kindly ask that you bring very limited personal belongings into the sale. This is an extremely busy environment and space is limited.

We recommend bringing a small crossbody or hands-free bag containing only essentials such as your phone, keys, sunglasses, and a credit card.

No. Personal shopping bags are not permitted inside the sale, including reusable Spartina Warehouse Sale shopping bags from previous years.

Shopping bags will be provided at checkout, and new reusable Spartina shopping bags will be available for purchase. We also have large shopping carts available upon request to accommodate your shopping needs.

Tickets must be purchased for children ages 10 and older. Children must always remain accompanied by an adult. Large strollers and wagons are not permitted inside the sale. Small strollers and infant carriers are permitted; however, we strongly encourage limiting stroller use whenever possible for the safety and comfort of all attendees.

Food and drinks are not permitted inside the building. Pets are not permitted, with the exception of service animals individually trained to perform work or tasks for a person with a disability in accordance with the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA).

These policies are in place to comply with school facility guidelines and event safety procedures. We greatly appreciate your cooperation and understanding!

One restroom will be available prior to having your ticket scanned and entering the inside queue to shop the sale.

Please note that there are no restrooms available once you enter the gymnasium shopping area, so we strongly encourage guests to use the restroom before having their tickets scanned.

An additional restroom will also be available after checkout before exiting the building.

Yes, we will have pop-up fitting rooms available in the apparel section of the sale.

Yes! Merchandise will be replenished throughout Thursday, Friday, Saturday, and Sunday while supplies last. Purchase maximums will apply to select product categories and styles. Current guidelines limit customers to a maximum of 10 pieces per product category. Limits are subject to change at the discretion of event organizers.

No. All Warehouse Sale purchases are final sale with no exceptions.

Please note that Warehouse Sale merchandise may include samples, prototypes, or product development pieces that can contain minor imperfections or variations. All items are sold as-is.

We accept credit and debit cards, Apple Pay, cash, and Spartina 449 gift cards purchased in-store or online.
