Ticket Information

This year, there will be limited tickets available due to strict capacity limits and anticipated demand. Don’t hesitate, get tickets for the time slot of your choice as fast as you can! Tickets for the Warehouse Sale will go on sale on Monday, June 14 at 12pm noon EST. Tickets will cost a $5 charitable contribution and grant you an entry time slot of your choice, as they are available, throughout the sale.

If you are not already, sign up for our email list and be the first to receive the announcement when tickets go on sale. There will also be a link posted on this page when ticket sales start.

When You Arrive

Please arrive 30 minutes ahead of your ticket time (no early due to capacity restrictions). Head to the registration table and check in using the email address that was used to book the ticket. Once checked in, each customer will receive a unique ticket with their entrance time and place in line. Customers will move to the staging area next in the cafeteria waiting their entrance into the gym for their ticket time.

Where is the 9th Annual Spartina 449 Warehouse Sale?

The Warehouse Sale will be held at the Hilton Head High School, 70 Wilborn Rd., Hilton Head Island, SC 29926.




What types of tickets will be available?

1.) $5.00 GENERAL ADMISSION Online/Advance Tickets: First-come, first-serve. Online sales begin promptly at 12:00 noon on June 14, 2021. A maximum of 5 tickets will be available for purchase per each transaction. Names of all attendees will be required, and proof of ID may be required upon entrance.




2.) NEW- $50 GOLDEN TICKETS Online/Advance Tickets: First-come, first serve. ONLY 25 Limited-Edition Golden Tickets will be sold. Online sales begin promptly at 12:00 noon on June 14, 2021. A maximum of 2 Golden tickets will be available for purchase per each transaction. Names of all attendees will be required, and proof of ID may be required upon entrance.




What is a Golden Ticket?

NEW for this year, Spartina is offering the chance to purchase a Golden Ticket that provides exclusive access to the event. The cost is $50 and allows for ONE entry each day for Friday, Saturday, Sunday. The Golden Ticket holder can come at ANY TIME each day and will be allowed access with the next immediate ticket group using the special badge that is provided on the first day at registration. In addition to the time flexibility, this pass also comes with a special Mermaid treat bag at registration on the first day of the event as well.




Can I get a refund for my ticket purchase?

No. All tickets are non-refundable. All ticket sales are final. Proceeds will be donated to charity.




Will I have to stand in line?

You'll need check in with a staff member giving them your first and last name and email address. Then you’ll be asked to line up outside. Please be prepared; you may have to wait for a period outdoors. Placards/signage will indicate where to stand. We ask that you line up single file for social distancing purposes.




Do I have to be on time?

Yes, we are following a strict CDC capacity guidelines. If you arrive more than fifteen minutes after your time slot starts you will not be able to enter.




Do I have to bring my online, digital ticket to the sale?

You must either bring a print of your online ticket confirmation or you may bring your e-ticket confirmation on your cell phone/tablet. Also, please bring a photo ID. If you bought tickets for friends or family please make sure they know the tickets are under the person who bought them and bring a form of ID




Will there be certain Covid safety guidelines in place?

Yes, we will be following the most recent recommended guidelines that the CDC has published. Fully vaccinated individuals will not be required to wear a mask outdoors and indoors at this event. A supply of disposable masks will be available for any customers that wants/needs one. Our overall capacity limits have been reduced more than 25% at this venue from the previous years and we are offering 3 ticketed day options instead of 2 in the past. Lastly, we will have hand sanitizing stations throughout the event venue. We are committed to hosting a safe event for our community and customers.




Can I bring my children? What is the cost for children?

To ensure no delays with your entrance to the sale, we encourage you to purchase tickets for children that will be attending the sale due to our strict capacity limits. If children cause a distraction or a problem for other shoppers, at the observation of event organizers, you will be asked to escort them out of the sale area.




Will there be indoor seating? Will there be outdoor seating?

We will make every effort to accommodate as many people as possible for indoor seating in the waiting area. However, this indoor seating will only be offered as available, to be determined by event organizers. There may also be "assigned seating" once indoors. If we cannot accommodate you indoors, you must wait outside. There will be very limited shade and only a few chairs available. Please be prepared for summer weather. Please dress appropriately (cool comfortable clothing and shoes, sun protection, water recommended.)




Will there be bathrooms on site?

There will be one restroom available before hand, and multiple bathrooms available by the indoor cafeteria.




Will there be refreshments?

No. Please be prepared in advance. Water fountains are available in hallways.




Will merchandise be replenished? Are there maximums?

Merchandise will be replenished at various times throughout Friday, Saturday and Sunday while supplies last. For 2021, maximums will be imposed on a variety of pieces. A maximum of 10 pieces of each category will be imposed per customer, but that number may change closer to the date, at event organizer's discretion.




What charity is being supported by this event?

All ticket holders will be supporting the Daufuskie Island Historic Foundation, Spartina 449’s main charity, with one hundred percent of the net proceeds from the purchase of each Warehouse Sale ticket.
