Orders are processed Monday through Friday pending availability. Orders placed after 12 p.m. EST on Friday will begin processing the following Monday. Please note, estimated delivery time does not include processing time or weekends and holidays.

FedEx 2nd Day and FedEx Overnight/Next Day orders must be placed by 12 p.m. EST, Monday through Friday (excluding major holidays) in order to ship the same day.
FedEx Home Delivery: If shipping to a home residence, FedEx delivery is Monday - Saturday. No Sunday service. Timeframe for home delivery: 1-5 business days to anywhere in the contiguous U.S.
FedEx Business Delivery: If shipping to a business address, FedEx delivery is Monday - Friday. No Saturday or Sunday service is available.
Shipping Rules & Restrictions
Spartina 449 ships to complete street addresses only and cannot deliver to a Post Office Box.
FedEx 2nd Day and FedEx Overnight orders must be placed by 12 p.m. EST, Monday through Friday (excluding major holidays) in order to ship the same day.
Standard, 2nd Day and Overnight orders are delivered Monday through Friday (excluding major holidays) within the United States, Puerto Rico and the U.S. Virgin Islands. However, orders must be placed by 12 p.m. EST in order to ship same day.
International orders are shipped via USPS and are delivered Monday through Friday, excluding major holidays. International orders are subject to the limitations of US Customs and the Customs department of the country to which you are shipping. From time to time, delays can occur en route through Customs; therefore Spartina 449 cannot guarantee delivery times to foreign addresses.
Orders shipping to an APO/FPO military address may only be shipped via USPS Standard and cannot be expedited. Please allow 5-7 business days for the product to arrive at the U.S. military post office box. We cannot guarantee delivery times after the order is delivered to the military post office box.
All expedited orders require a correct street address in order for delivery to be made on time. We cannot ship to Post Office Boxes.
You will not incur any charges until your order has been shipped to you.

Tracking your order

Tracking numbers are assigned to packages when they are shipped from our distribution center, and we will email you a shipment confirmation with tracking information as soon as your order ships. Additionally, tracking information will appear on our website under the My Account section, if you have an account with us.
Tracking availability may vary depending on the shipping method selected during checkout and the carrier that is delivering your order.
There are several way to check the status of your order:
Check your email. The email address you provided during checkout allows us to send you information about the status of your order.
Visit the website. Log into your Spartina449.com account and click My Orders to view order history, tracking information and information about past orders at Spartina449.com, 24 hours a day.
Contact us. If you still have questions about your order, contact Customer Service at (843) 681-8860 during normal business hours Monday through Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. EST.
The status of your order is supplied by Spartina449.com and applies to your order between the time you place it and the time it ships out of Distribution Center. Once your order leaves our Distribution Center, it is handled by a carrier (FedEx or U.S. Postal Service) that may provide tracking information until your order is delivered. If available, the tracking information is accessible through My Account.
