Shipping Methods & Cost
AN IMPORTANT SHIPPING UPDATE
Shipping cutoffs applicable only to continental U.S orders via FedEx. PO Boxes subject to longer transit times via USPS.
Your order should be shipped within 5 - 7 business days. Transit times will vary. Please note your order may arrive in multiple packages.

Free Standard U.S. Shipping
On orders $150 or more (after any discounts have been applied and before taxes), free shipping will automatically be applied at checkout.
Free standard shipping for qualifying purchases only ships to addresses in the contiguous United States (48 states; does not include Alaska & Hawaii)
Express shipping is not available for oversized items, including all golf bags, suitcases, and beach chairs. Please contact our customer service team at support@spartina449.com with questions.
Orders are processed Monday through Friday (excluding Holidays) pending availability. Orders placed after 10 AM EST on Friday will begin processing the following Monday. Please note that the estimated delivery time does not include processing time or weekends and holidays.

Shipping Rules & Restrictions
Spartina 449 ships to both complete street addresses and Post Office Boxes. If shipping to a P.O. Box, please allow for an additional 2+ weeks for shipping time.
International orders are shipped via USPS and are delivered Monday through Friday, excluding major holidays. International orders are subject to the limitations of US Customs and the Customs department of the country to which you are shipping. Customs charges may apply. These orders do not qualify for free shipping regardless of the spend amount. From time to time, delays can occur en route through Customs; therefore, Spartina 449 cannot guarantee delivery times to foreign addresses. International orders are not eligible for return.
Orders shipping to an APO/FPO military address may only be shipped via USPS Standard and cannot be expedited. Please allow 5-7 business days for the product to arrive at the U.S. military post office box. We cannot guarantee delivery times after the order is delivered to the military post office box.
All expedited orders require a correct street address in order for delivery to be made on time.
Spartina449 will charge your credit card upon placement of your order. In the case we are unable to ship an item within the order, the item will be cancelled, and a refund will be issued.
AN IMPORTANT RETURNS UPDATE
Items that have been marked as ‘FINAL SALE’ on your email order confirmation are NOT eligible to be exchanged or returned. If your order has not been marked as ‘FINAL SALE’ on your email order confirmation and is eligible to be returned, please contact our customer service team at support@spartina449.com
International orders are not eligible for return.
Tracking Your Order
Orders are processed Monday through Friday, pending availability. Orders placed after 12 PM EST on Friday will begin processing the following Monday. Please note, estimated delivery time does not include processing time or weekends and holidays.
Tracking numbers are assigned to packages when they are shipped from our distribution center, and we will email you a shipment confirmation with tracking information as soon as your order ships.
Tracking availability may vary depending on the shipping method selected during checkout and the carrier that is delivering your order.

The status of your order is supplied by Spartina449.com and applies to your order between the time you place it and the time it ships out of the Distribution Center. Once your order leaves our Distribution Center, it is handled by a carrier which may provide tracking information until your order is delivered. If available, the tracking information is accessible through My Account > Order History.
