Returns

We take pride in our reputation for quality products at a great value. Spartina 449 does its best to make sure you’ll be satisfied with your purchases. However, if you are unhappy with our products, we will assist in processing a refund in accordance with the terms as outlined in our return policy detailed below.

Products purchased at Spartina449.com may be returned with the original proof of purchase within 30 days of purchase date to our Distribution Center located in Bluffton, SC.

Please note the following conditions for a return:
All returned merchandise must be accompanied by your proof of purchase. Merchandise needs to be unused, undamaged and in brand new condition. All tags need to be attached and merchandise in the original packaging. We do not accept returns on items that have been personalized or monogrammed.

Refunds for items returned will be issued via the original payment method. If your original purchase was paid for with a gift certificate, a new gift certificate will be issued. Please provide your email address on the return form to ensure successful and prompt delivery of your new gift certificate. We will process your credit within 2-5 business days of the receipt of your return; however, your credit card company may take up to 10 business days to release the funds back to your account. Unfortunately, it is beyond our control when your bank/credit card issuer will post the refund to your account.

Rules & Restrictions for Online Order Returns:
Returns must be prepaid and insured by the customer and shipped via the carrier of your choice. A return label will be issued for damaged items or if a return is a result of our error. When shipping a return, you must complete the Return Form and indicate the reason for the return and provide comments. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable unless the return/exchange is a result of our error. We will not accept CODs or third-party billing for returned merchandise. All COD packages will be refused. We cannot be responsible for items that we do not receive.

Damaged or Defective Items:
At Spartina, we make every effort to ensure that our merchandise is of the finest quality. However, in the event an item is defective upon receipt or has a manufacturing defect, please fill out a Return Form with the defect or damage noted on the form. Items will be inspected and a determination made as to the cause of defect. If our review of the item shows a defect, we will be happy to replace the item or refund your purchase price.

In the event an item is damaged during shipment, please contact the carrier with your tracking number. Spartina 449 is not responsible for items damaged in transit or showing delivered by the carrier.
