HOLIDAY RETURN POLICY: Online purchase placed between 11/01/20 and 12/24/20 can be returned or exchanged through 01/25/21.

RETURNS & EXCHANGESPOLICY FOR ONLINE PURCHASES

Please note the recent changes to our return policy for online purchases. If you are not satisfied with your Spartina449.com purchase for any reason, we will gladly accept the return of eligible items that are in new, unused condition, with original tags attached and all original packaging and other components included such as a gift with purchase, when accompanied by proof of purchase.

U.S Online Orders

Products purchased on Spartina449.com may be returned with proof of purchase within 30 days of the ship date. Refunds will be made in the form of the original payment and a web credit will be issued for items returned without a receipt. Final sale items cannot be returned or exchanged.

Ship Your Return

Step 1: Print and fill our return FORM  . Once you fill out please make sure to place inside your return.



Step 2: You may ship your return using Sparina 449’s pre-paid return shipping label (US customers only) or you may ship your return using a trackable, insured shipping method of your choice, see below.



Step 3: Once we receive your return, we will refund the purchase amount to the original form of payment or online gift credit. Please allow up to two weeks for your return to be processed.

Returns will be processed within one to two weeks, depending on the method of return.

Returns for refund will be issued to the original payment method. If you request a return for refund and use Spartina 449’s pre-paid return shipping label, a $5.95 return fee will be deducted from the refund. Any original shipping charges are non-refundable. Please note, refunds may take up to 10 business days to reflect on your account, depending on your financial institution.

Returns for store credit at Spartina449.com will be issued directly to your account or to a gift card if you checked out as a guest. Please be sure to provide your email address on the return form to ensure successful and prompt delivery of your store credit or gift card

If your original purchase was paid for with a gift card, a new gift card will be issued. Please be sure to provide your email address on the return form to ensure successful and prompt delivery of your gift card.

You may ship your return using Spartina 449’s pre-paid return shipping label (U.S. customers only), or you may ship your return using a trackable, insured shipping method of your choice.

Please reference your order number as the RMA or Reference number when filling out your label. You will have the option of printing or emailing the label. You can return the package using one of the following three options:
1. Place your secured return package at your mailbox where the delivering USPS employee can pick it up.
2. Drop your package off at your local USPS location.
3. Drop your package off at your local Fedex Office location.

How long does it take to process the return?

Please allow up to 10 business days from the date we receive your item(s) back for your return to be processed—you will receive an email confirmation when complete.

Do we offer exchanges?

Yes, we do. Due to personnel limitations at our office please allow additional time to process your request.

How long does it take to receive my refund?

Once you receive your email indicating your return has been processed, you can expect to receive your credit in 3-5 business days.

Is there a return fee?

For all other U.S. customers, if you use our pre-paid return label, the cost of return shipping is $5.95 for any number of items and will be deducted from your refund. You may also choose to mail the item back using your own insured, traceable method. No return fee is deducted when you mail items back at your own expense.

Can I return my items to a store?

All sale orders made on Spartina449.com can only be returned or exchanged online, not in Spartina stores.

Do you offer price adjustments?

We gladly honor a one-time price adjustment on full-price merchandise within seven days of the retail purchase or mail-order ship date if accompanied by the original receipt. Items not purchased at full price are ineligible for price adjustments.

What if my item is damaged?

We make every effort to ensure that our merchandise is of the finest quality. However, in the event an item is damaged or defective upon receipt, please contact customer service at support@spartina449.com. Items will be inspected and a determination made as to the cause of defect. If our review of the item shows a defect, we will be happy to replace the item or issue a refund within 30 days of the purchase date. After 30 days, we will replace the item or issue an online credit at our discretion. Please note, we cannot accept damaged or defective items after one year of the purchase date.
