Return Policy

Temporary COVID-19 notice: exchanges are still being accommodated by our Customer Care team, however, returns processing for exchanges is delayed by 2-3 weeks. Your new item will ship out as soon as your return is processed.

As always, we gladly accept returns of new, unused merchandise with original tags attached, within 30-days of receiving your order when accompanied by proof of purchase. To view our full return policy, please visit our Warranty & Policy page. Returns from International locations do not fall under this procedure. Please note, Spartina 449 reserves the right to refuse returns at our discretion.

For your convenience, we offer a pre-printed return label in your shipping box. If you’ve lost this label, you may select a return method of your choice. Please be sure to use an insured trackable shipping method.

Two Ways to Return

Option 01: If provided, fill out the return form included with your shipment. Place the completed form inside your return and use the provided pre-printed return label. Please note, a $5.95 return shipping fee will be deducted from your refund or web credit when using the prepaid return label provided. Additionally, your initial shipping fees are non-refundable.

Option 02: Select a trackable, insured shipping method of your choice. If you would prefer to make a return using a shipping method of your choice, please print and complete the return form and repackage the merchandise securely. Please note, Spartina 449 is not responsible for lost or damaged returns. Please retain a copy of your tracking information for your records.

Once we receive your return, we will refund the purchase amount to the original form of payment or online gift credit. Please allow up to two weeks for your return to be processed.

Frequently Asked Questions

How long does it take to process the return?

Please allow up to 10 business days from the date we receive your item(s) back for your return to be processed—you will receive an email confirmation when complete.

Do we offer exchanges?

No. Please return your item for a refund or e-gift card, and reorder the size needed as a new order. If needed, our customer care team is here to help.

How long does it take to receive my refund?

Once you receive your email indicating your return has been processed, you can expect to receive your credit in 3-5 business days.

Is there a return fee?

For all other U.S. customers, if you use our pre-paid return label, the cost of return shipping is $5.95 for any number of items and will be deducted from your refund. You may also choose to mail the item back using your own insured, traceable method. No return fee is deducted when you mail items back at your own expense.

Can I return my items to a store?

All sale orders made on can only be returned or exchanged online, not in Spartina stores.

Do you offer price adjustments?

We gladly honor a one-time price adjustment on full-price merchandise within 7 days of your purchase if accompanied by the original receipt. Items not purchased at full price are ineligible for price adjustments. Select sale items and warehouse sale items are final sale and not eligible for return.

What if my item is damaged?

We make every effort to ensure that our merchandise is of the finest quality. However, in the event an item is damaged or defective upon receipt, please contact customer service at Items will be inspected and a determination made as to the cause of defect. If our review of the item shows a defect, we will be happy to replace the item or issue a refund within 30 days of the purchase date. After 30 days, we will replace the item or issue an online credit at our discretion. Please note, we cannot accept damaged or defective items after one year of the purchase date.
