Returns

Please note, Spartina 449 reserves the right to refuse returns at our discretion.

Spartina 449 wants you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. We gladly accept returns of new, unused merchandise accompanied by proof of purchase. Returns must be made within 30 days of receiving your order.

We gladly honor a one-time price adjustment on full-price merchandise within 7 days of your purchase if accompanied by the original receipt. Items not purchased at full price are ineligible for price adjustments. Select sale items and warehouse sale items are final sale and not eligible for return.

For all other U.S. customers, if you use our pre-paid return label, the cost of return shipping is $5.95 for any number of items and will be deducted from your refund. You may also choose to mail the item back using your own insured, traceable method. No return fee is deducted when you mail items back at your own expense.

Refunds will be issued within 14 days of that communication and will be issued in the form of the original payment or online credit.

Merchandise must meet our requirements for return:

Full-price and certain sale items in their original condition, with all tags attached, may be returned for a full refund or exchanged within 30 days of receiving your order.

Ship Your Return

Step 1: Print and fill our return FORM  . Once you fill out please make sure to place inside your return.



Step 2: You may ship your return using Sparina 449’s pre-paid return shipping label (US customers only) or you may ship your return using a trackable, insured shipping method of your choice, see below.



Step 3: Once we receive your return, we will refund the purchase amount to the original form of payment or online gift credit. Please allow up to two weeks for your return to be processed.

Paypal Returns

When you use PayPal, we will refund you by the following:

Online returns are refunded to your PayPal account.

We only accept even exchanges for PayPal returns — an additional form of payment or credit card is required for uneven exchanges. We are unable to process exchanges for international orders.

Shipping Errors & Damaged Products

Your happiness with your order is our number one priority. In the unlikely event that we process an order incorrectly or you receive your new shipment damaged or defective item, we will gladly replace it or accept it for a full refund at our expense.

Spartina 449 will provide a prepaid FedEx shipping label to expedite returns within the U.S. To receive our shipping label and arrange to replace your product, please contact our Customer Care team at 843-681-8860. Spartina 449 customers using a third-party shipping service are responsible for any shipping costs that may occur. Spartina 449 is not liable for any damages from a third-party shipping service.

Temporary COVID-19 notice: exchanges are still being accommodated by our customer care team, however, returns processing for exchanges is delayed by 2-3 weeks. Your new item will ship out as soon as your return is processed.

WARRANTY 

We take pride in the quality of our products at Spartina 449. We stand behind the integrity of our designs and offer a 90-day limited customer service satisfaction warranty which covers manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship for the first 90-days of receiving your order.

This warranty does not cover damage caused by accident, improper care, negligence, normal wear and tear, or the natural breakdown of colors and materials over extended time and use.

Spartina449.com will replaced your item with the same item if available. If the item in unavailable, an e-gift card will be sent for the current listed price.

Returns will be processed within one to two weeks, depending on the method of return.

Returns for refund will be issued to the original payment method. If you request a return for refund and use Spartina 449’s pre-paid return shipping label, a $5.95 return fee will be deducted from the refund. Any original shipping charges are non-refundable. Please note, refunds may take up to 10 business days to reflect on your account, depending on your financial institution.

Returns for store credit at Spartina449.com will be issued directly to your account or to a gift card if you checked out as a guest. Please be sure to provide your email address on the return form to ensure successful and prompt delivery of your store credit or gift card

If your original purchase was paid for with a gift card, a new gift card will be issued. Please be sure to provide your email address on the return form to ensure successful and prompt delivery of your gift card.

You can return the package using one of the following three options:
1. Place your secured return package at your mailbox where the delivering USPS employee can pick it up.
2. Drop your package off at your local USPS location.
3. Drop your package off at your local Fedex Office location.

How long does it take to process the return?

Please allow up to 10 business days from the date we receive your item(s) back for your return to be processed—you will receive an email confirmation when complete.

Do we offer exchanges?

Yes, we do. Due to personnel limitations at our office please allow additional time to process your request.

How long does it take to receive my refund?

Once you receive your email indicating your return has been processed, you can expect to receive your credit in 3-5 business days.

Is there a return fee?
