Product purchased at spartina449.com may be returned with the original proof of purchase through the mail within 30 days of purchase date to our warehouse located in Hilton Head, SC. Please note the following conditions for a return or exchange:
All returned merchandise must be accompanied by your proof of purchase. Merchandise needs to be unused, undamaged and in brand new condition. All tags need to be attached and merchandise in the original packaging.
Refunds for items retuned will be issued via the original payment method. If your original purchase was paid for with a gift certificate, a new gift certificate will be issued. Please provide your email address on the return form to ensure successful and prompt delivery of your new gift certificate. You should expect to receive the refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper. Please note that this is beyond our control when your bank/credit card issuer will post the refund to your account.
How to return/ exchange Merchandise Purchased at our Online Store

Repack Merchandise - Place your items and completed Return/ Exchange form in a secure package removing or covering any labels. Be sure to keep the Packing Slip (if available) and tracking number for your records. We highly suggest insuring your return packages!

If you are exchanging your merchandise, we charge a $6.50 return shipping fee.
Rules & Restrictions for Online Order Returns
Returns must be prepaid and insured by the customer and shipped via the carrier of your choice. Return label will be issued for damaged items or if return is a result of our error. When shipping a return you must complete the Return Form and indicate the reason for the return and provide comments, if necessary. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable unless the return/exchange is a result of our error. We will not accept CODs or third-party billing for returned merchandise. All COD packages will be refused. We cannot be responsible for items that we do not receive.
Damaged or Defective Items
If product you received from spartina449.com is damaged or defective, immediately return the item to our online store. Follow the return instructions found on this page, indicate the reason on the Return Form and provide necessary comments.
We are committed to providing you the quickest shipping possible! Once an order is placed, it is immediately sent to our warehouse and may not be cancelled prior to fulfillment of the order. If you wish to return your order or if you accidentally ordered the incorrect items, simply follow our return instructions or call customer service at 843-681-8860 during normal business hours. We reserve the right to cancel an order if there is a problem with the billing information or if an item is in low or out-of-stock situations. If an item is canceled, you will receive an email notice that will explain the reason for the cancellation. You will not be charged for any cancelled items.
