Our Return Policy

We take pride in our reputation for quality and excellent value. At Spartina 449, we will do our best to ensure your complete satisfaction with every Spartina purchase. If for any reason you are dissatisfied with your Spartina product(s), we will assist in processing a prompt refund or exchange in accordance with the following terms:


Return Form

Purchased from Spartina449.com (online store):

If you purchased your Spartina handbags and accessories from our online store, Spartina449.com, you may return your item(s) within 30 days of the date of purchase to our warehouse located in Hilton Head, SC. Please note the following conditions for a return or exchange:

  • Returned/exchanged merchandise must be accompanied by your proof of purchase
  • Merchandise needs to be in unused, undamaged, and in brand new condition. All tags need to be attached and merchandise in the original packaging
  • Refunds for returned items will be issued via the original payment method
  • If your original purchase was paid for with a gift certificate, a new gift certificate will be issued. Please make sure you include your e-mail address on the return form in order to ensure successul and prompt delivery of your new gift certificate
  • Refunds are processed within four weeks of the date you deliver your return merchandise to the return shipper. Please note that it is beyond our control when your bank/credit card issuer will post the refund to your account

 

 

Purchased from Independent Retailers:

Spartina 449 is unable to accept returns and exchanges for Spartina merchandise purchased at our independent retailers. If you are dissatisfied with your Spartina merchandise purchased from a retail store, please contact the store for assistance.


How to Return/Exchange Merchandise Purchased at our Online Store, Spartina449.com:

  1. Complete the Return Form
  2. Repack the merchandise to be returned/exchanged and be sure to remove or black out any existing shipping labels. Be sure to keep a copy of the packing slip (if available) and tracking number for your records. We highly suggest insuring your return package!
  3. Ship your return/exchange merchandise to our warehouse at the following address:

  4. If you are exchanging your merchandise, we charge a $6.50 return shipping fee

Rules & Restrictions for Online Order Returns:

  • Returns must be prepaid and insured by the customer and shipped via a carrier of your choice. A Return Label will be issued for damaged items or if the return is a result of our error
  • When shipping a return/exchange, you must complete the Return Form and indicate the reason for the return and provide comments, if necessary
  • Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable unless the return/exchange is a result of our error
  • We will not accept CODs or third-party billing for returned merchandise. All COD packages will be refused!
  • We cannot be responsible for items that we do not receive. Please insure your return/exchange package for its retail value

Damaged or Defective Items:

If the merchandise you purchased from our online store, Spartina449.com, is damaged or defective, please immediately return the item(s) to our warehouse. Follow the return instructions found on this page and indicate the reason(s) on the Return Form and any necessary comments.

Repair of Damaged Items:

If your Spartina item is in need of repair for any reason not covered by our return/exchange policy, please contact Enzo Cosentino at the address, phone number, and e-mail address listed below. Enzo will require a photograph of the item to be repaired and a detailed description of the needed repair in order to assess the repairability of your merchandise and the associated cost.

Please note the following conditions of repair:

  • It is recommended you e-mail a photograph of your item(s) needing repair
  • Upon receipt of a photograph and description of the needed repair, you will receive a repair quotation from Enzo Cosentino
  • Shipping, handling, and insurance to the repair facility is the responsibility of the customer
  • Upon shipping your item(s), please include a check for the repair amount in the package made payable to Enzo Custom Made Shoes
  • Please allow two weeks for repair

Order Cancellations:

We are committed to providing you the quickest shipping possible! Once an order is placed, it is immediately sent to our warehouse and may not be cancelled prior to fulfillment of the order. If you wish to return your order or if you accidentally ordered the incorrect item(s), simply follow our return instructions or call Customer Service at 843-681-8860 during normal business hours.

We reserve the right to cancel an order if there is a problem with the billing information or if an item is in a low or out-of-stock situation. If an order is cancelled, you will receive an e-mail notice with an explanation of the reason(s) for cancellation. You will not be charged for any cancelled orders/items.
